HOW TO GET to Effi Apartments

By bus:

• There are regular buses from Chania airport to Chania city center and then from Chania city center to Platanias, especially during the summer season. To learn more about the timetables you can check the following links:

By Taxi:

• You can find a TAXI just outside the airport for your transfer to Platanias! In addition, a private taxi can also be arranged (on request) for guests arriving at Chania airport (CHQ) or port of Souda or Heraklion Airport. Please send us your request and we will get back to you.

By rental car:

• There are many car rental services at the airport terminal! If you would like us to assist you with your car rental arrangements through our recommended local car rental company, please send us your request. Then we will get back to you with the available models and rates.

I have reached Platanias! What do I do next?

Coming from Chania on the coastal road you pass the square of Platanias (on your right) and after about 50 meters you turn right on the first street leading to the beach. Just before the end of the street you turn into the small private alley on your right, you turn into that and you will find us there!!

Coming from Chania on the motorway you take the Platanias exit and follow the signs to Platanias Village. You turn right onto the coastal road and you drive straight on for about 3 klm.

After passing the Shopping Mall ‘OLEA’ (on your right) you turn left into the first street (10 meters past the OLEA shopping mall) and drive down to the beach. Just before the end of the street you turn into the small private alley on your right, and you will find us there!!
